The house is located in the heart of the Esterel nature reserve. It combines the silence of the hidden forest with convenient access to the beaches (10 min drive), located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Cannes (20 min drive) The territory and the swimming pool allow you to spend a complete wellness holiday without leaving the door

Suitable for all types of leisure: by the sea, by the lake of San Cassien, in the heart of events in Cannes, hiking in the mountains

The offered housing has a total area of 115 square meters and includes 3 double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-dining-living room equipped with the latest technology, a bathroom, a shower, two toilets, a dressing room and a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and steam iron of the latest model). The living room also has a sofa that converts into a double bed. The accommodation has its own garden and separate entrance.

Guests have access to the swimming pool, which is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen, shower and toilet, as well as a 0.7 hectare garden, which is great for outdoor games (football, table tennis, mini golf). There is also access to a hammock and bonfire area.

We live on the same property, which is spacious and set across several natural levels — just like most homes in this part of Provence.

The villa consists of two private residences, each with its own entrance, garden, and full independence.

This is very much part of the French tradition in the South — to live nearby, share the land, but never intrude on each other's space or peace.

Thanks to the terraced layout, there are no shared entrances or facing windows — and you’ll enjoy full privacy during your stay.

You may cross paths with us near the pool area, the only shared zone — but beyond that, your experience will feel entirely your own.

We’re close by if you need anything — a restaurant tip, a charger, or a good Provençal rosé.

Think of us as either your 5-star hotel concierge, or your Provençal grandmother who just wants to be sure you’re okay — whichever works for you.

In the immediate vicinity of any kind of entertainment: - the cultural life of Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez; - many paid and free beaches; - hiking trails for walks on the lake and in the mountains in the immediate vicinity of the house; - a village with three restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity

The place is unique in that you can spend time without leaving the territory thanks to the swimming pool, the barbecue and the large garden. You can also spend absolutely every day in a unique way: one day going to the beach (there are many within 10 minutes by car: sandy, rocky, paid with full service and public), the other day going to study the history of the region (from the Roman Empire to the Second World War), and in the third, immerse yourself in the life of a large seaside town (Cannes, Monaco, Saint Tropez)
